I lead small group classes for ladies from 8 weeks postnatal following your GP checkup, your baby is welcome to attend. We work with the breath and gentile movements to build your foundations in strength, flexibility and functional movement. All sessions are run by me, Victoria, The Postpartum Physio. I’m a specialist Womens Health Physiotherapist with a passion for all things postnatal rehab. Throughout the sessions time is taken to explain best practice for pelvic floor rehabilitation and the latest research appropriate for you to achieve your fitness goals.
