This class is suitable from 8 weeks postnatal until your baby is on the move. Postnatal yoga can help you regain strength and mobility after having your baby. We will focus on breathing and movement to strengthen the core and relax body and mind. Babies are included throughout the class with the movements and songs (unless they are asleep or happy on the mat!). With time for tea and a natter at the end, it’s a lovely way to meet other Mums.
