They say:
An outdoor exercise class that allows you to bring your baby with you, so you don’t have to worry about childcare. We focus on releasing post pregnancy tight spots to help improve posture, all over body strengthening to prepare you for everyday motherhood movement patterns & pelvic floor/core exercises to help re strengthen & re connect. It’s also a great opportunity to meet other mums, make new friends, chat about all things baby & grab a coffee afterwards in The Welcome Cafe.
