Birth Baby Parent

They say:

The course is about much more than massage. Over the five weeks, we go through a full body baby massage in stages with lots of repetition, so don’t worry if you miss a session.  Equally important is the opportunity to practice relaxation as parents and share information and support for parenting in the early days in a friendly and informal group. Topics covered in the discussion part of the session include bonding with your baby, heuristic play, baby development, feeding and becoming a mother. As an experienced Infant Massage Instructor (16 years+) and Birth & Parenting Practitioner (Diploma in HE (Antenatal Education) NCT 8years+) and Breastfeeding Peer Supporter, I have a number of resources to share and access to the latest research on parenting topics.
