6:15 pm-7:15pm – Pregnancy Yoga

 

Thursday – Derek the Dog yoga centre, Queen’s walk, Exeter, EX4 3 RP

10-11am: Movers and Crawlers yoga (from crawling to around 2 yrs).

11.15 – 12.15pm:  Postnatal mum and baby yoga (from birth to crawling)

Cost:

Pregnancy yoga: £8 per class or £35 for 5 classes.

Yoga Torquay: £35 for 6 weeks term – term time only

Derek the Dog yoga centre: £40 for 6 week term – term time only

Public transport: 

Yoga Torquay: Bus: Yoga Torquay is located nearby Torquay Harbour’s main bus stands and connections with major local bus routes and as well as buses to and from Exeter, Totnes and Newton Abbot.  Train: Yoga Torquay is a 20 minute walk from Torquay’s main train station which enjoys connections to mainline UK stations

Derek the Dog yoga centre: Exeter central train station.  Queen Street

Food and drink: Not provided (except chocolate!)

Buggy friendly:

Yoga Torquay: Yes

Derek the Dog yoga centre: Yes although there are stairs.  Buggies can be left in the foyer but first there are outside stairs that have to be climbed.
